We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, team size and message when you request a demo — as well as limited technical information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected automatically when you visit our website. When you use the Pereless platform as a client, we process candidate data on your behalf as a service provider.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, deliver support, send relevant product communications you may opt out of at any time, maintain security, and meet legal and contractual obligations.
Legal bases for processing
Where required by law, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, or compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell personal information. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Candidates should contact the employer that collected their application; we will support that employer in responding.
