If you are looking for a job, or even work in the HR department of a company, there is a good chance you have heard of Indeed. Indeed is a job board that is growing in popularity exponentially! More and more candidates are going on Indeed to find their next job; according to Indeed, 180 million (that’s right MILLION) people use Indeed every month and 72% being their search on Indeed. Those are staggering numbers that should stand out to anyone working in HR and are looking to maximize their exposure for job openings. After all, don’t you want to maximize the exposure of your jobs? It is the best way to attract more (Qualified) candidates for your open position.

The next tool Indeed has to offer is Indeed Sponsored Jobs! This is a great tool to increase the exposure of your job openings that you elect to be sponsored. These jobs will be shown at the top of the page garnering higher exposure than regular postings. This is a great option for positions of high importance or positions that need to be filled quickly. With more than 16 million jobs to explore in every industry and location, Indeed is the easiest way for people to find all the most relevant jobs online!

Indeed offers candidates who apply and find jobs through their job board to create their own profile and upload information and their resume. This then allows candidates to apply to certain jobs that have an “Indeed Apply” option; this feature essentially lets the candidate apply with one click to a job, Indeed sends the information which you provided in your profile to the employer. More and more companies are moving towards a One-Page ad One-Click apply process that caters to the new generation of candidates that wish to apply on the go and apply to higher volume of jobs with more ease.
