Pereless Systems works tirelessly to gather client feedback and improve our system. DashPro is a new and improved dashboard feature that provides power users a customized experience.

Users can now create a personalized home screen with the metrics and information that is important to your daily use including features such as: customizable layouts, drag and drop modules, real time analytics, and a one-click menu to navigate to anywhere in the system.

System users will have the option to stay with the Legacy Dashboard but we recommend switching to the new layout to enjoy the new functionality and top-notch technology.

Customize Your Dashboard

Clients now have complete control over their dashboard layout- including a background image! By dragging and dropping different blocks, clients can choose what reports they want to display and what metrics are most important to them. Simple layouts include 2 sections while more complicated layouts have about 10. Choose from calendars, analytics, notification timelines or simple blocks that include the date and time.

The new format also allows clients to upload their own background image or choose from the presets. Unlike competitors, these customizations are tracked and our entire support team will be available to assist with questions.

Real Time Analytics

Perhaps the most exciting part of the new dashboard is the real time analytics display. Clients can instantly view candidate flow in real time, active jobs, hires per month, applications per hire or days to hire. A tasks module also allows clients to view their tasks right from the dashboard and monitor them in real time.

You asked – we listened!  Pereless Systems strives to provide our clients with a multitude of innovative tools and features.  Since our foundation, these tools have been added one by one based on client feedback. Introducing: Mass Candidate Texting

Pereless Systems has officially launched a new mass texting feature. To utilize this new tool, simply click over to the “Mass Messaging” tab of your Text Message Portal. For those who have purchased texting, the Portal can be found by clicking the green bubble at the top right of your ATS.

Send a mass text message in three clicks by choosing a job and an optional recruit flow. The candidates will then auto populate for approval. The last step is to type out your message. The text must be less than 250 characters and you cannot send the same message twice.

Each candidate counts as a separate text so if you mass text 10 candidates the same message, it counts for 10 separate texts.

Schedule Update Improves Calendar Management & Workflow

We recently updated our applicant tracking scheduling feature with a two-way Microsoft Outlook and Gmail integration.  Immediately we received positive feedback from our clients as their ability to merge calendars into one platform improved the ability to manage busy schedules and complete work tasks more efficiently.   Our goal is to always provide our customers with continuous innovation, user-friendly functionality, and client satisfaction.

Interview Invites
System administrators and hiring managers assigned to candidates can send interview invites instantly.  Based on calendar availability setup within the ATS, candidates can accept or reject sent dates and times plus make comments.  Invites can be sent to candidates via email, text message (if applicable), or both.

Team Alerts & Tasks
Once a candidate accepts an interview date and time, hiring managers tasked for conducting interviews will receive an email alert.  Their calendar will also be blocked off for the allotted time.  Tasks and reminders that are needed prior to the interview date can also be sent to hiring teams with a notification email.

Free Text Recruiting Sends Messages To Multiple Candidates Instantly

In our previous article, we introduced our text recruiting functionality that comes standard and free with our applicant tracking system.  More recently, we’ve added a “mass message” feature that allows hiring managers to send text messages to multiple candidates instantly.

How It Works

Within the message center, ATS users select the “mass messaging” tab.  Selecting an active job and specific recruitflow will automatically pull up candidates that live within that flow and who have opted-in to receiving text message communication.  Selecting a candidate’s name will automatically pull up their profile for review if needed.  Then, create a customized message and send a text to all within the listed area instantly.  It’s that simple!

We built an applicant tracking system (ATS) electronic form (E-Form) tool for users to create and share internal documents and send to their talent pool.  E-forms can be used for the purpose of gathering more candidate information and/or for internal processes.  Forms are easily organized into groups and can be shared with selected or all ATS users (including offline Recruit Team Members).  You can even send internal forms out for team approval.

Form Type

There are two form options to choose from when creating or editing an E-form: Internal & Candidate.  Forms selected as “candidate” will be available to send to all candidates via their applicant profile.  “Internal” forms are only viewed by team members that were granted access to the form.

Candidates receiving an E-form to complete will receive an email that includes a secure link.  Once submitted, the form is logged into the ATS and can be viewed by system administrators and users assigned to the candidate.

For internal E-forms, selected Recruit Team Members can participate in an approval processes if required.   Members will receive an email in the order they were placed with a secure link to view completed forms, approve, reject, and enter comments.
